Dr. Sin is Professor of Medicine, University of British Columbia, and Canada Research Chair in COPD. One of his focuses relates to the enigmatic relationship between COPD and ischemic heart disease. He will share his latest translational research work and his ideas about how studies of the lung may inform us about the heart and disease prevention.
