St. Paul's Hospital Heart Centre Nursing presents Cardiac Nursing Day 2010 - Heart Failure: The Long + Winding Road.
The event takes place on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at University Golf Club in Vancouver, BC.
Please join us as we examine the complex journey of the heart failure patient. Pharmacology, nutrition, self-management, atrial fibrillation, and interventions in heart failure will be discussed! Patients will also speak about their experiences of living with heart failure.
